Bangkok mall OEM — 620+ slots in six weeks of SaaS go-live
From the Bao'an overseas desk: what sat in the same folder as the BOM, and what we refused to leave as a post-ship ticket.
A regional mall program needed branded packs and a cabinet footprint that could grow without a one-off tower. We shipped CMF power banks with 4-slot stackable cabinets so the operator could add layers after the first food-court sites cleared internal ROI.
- 620+ rental slots deployed
- 6 weeks white-label SaaS go-live from kickoff lock
- Hardware 4-slot stackable family + branded packs
What we locked at kickoff (same week as the PO)
- CMF sample gate before PVT — campaign color was not “fix after cartons.”
- PromptPay / TrueMoney named next to the BOM, with HQ vs mall staff roles.
- One module family only — no mix of native-8 and stacked-from-4 in the first wave.
- Spare pin / PSU / screen kit quantity written into the commercial list.
What would have broken the go-live
Leaving Thai QR as a “phase two” ticket. Card-only checkout still kills conversion on many food-court kiosks. Payment and role setup sat in the same project folder as the BOM.
